A wakeboarder and water-skiers paradise on the iconic Clarence River. Large open plan riverfront family home on acreage, with private access points to the beautiful Clarence River. Features a large outdoor entertaining space including kitchen, dining, outdoor seating areas, BBQ, fire pit, TV & bar, as well as a spacious yard sounding the home. The house sleeps 10 and includes open plan kitchen/dining/living, 3 bathrooms, butlers pantry, fireplace, double garage and unlimited outdoor parking. The space Seelands is a beautiful leafy, rural suburb with an abundance of native Australian wildlife including kangaroos, birds, echidnas, koalas and more! The house is also located on a functioning livestock hob by farm, so you may see a few friendly cattle floating about the paddocks during your stay. This home is proudly and completely off grid, meaning that it operates solely on solar power, and utilises fresh tank rainwater only. This means that there may be timing limiters installed on large electrical devices including the ducted air conditioning and heater (please message for further details). There are two separate private river access points on the property that you are welcome to explore, and there is a secondary fire pit area with a wood fire pizza oven located on the river bank for you to enjoy. The property is located extremely close by to two public boat ramps and also has two private mooring points on property if you wish to keep your boat in the river for extended periods of time. We are located in the heart of the Clarence Valley and just a short drive from the beautiful township of Grafton where you will find many wonderful cafes, restaurants and local attractions to explore. Yamba, Minnie Water and Wooli beaches as well as countless national parks, coastal towns, farms, rural villages, rainforests and creeks/rivers are all close by.
