The space Oaza U Leszka is a year-round exclusive house with a large garden, a hot tub and a wood-fired sauna, a place for a bonfire and a barbecue. It is an ideal place for family trips, meetings with friends or romantic weekends. From the terrace and large panoramic windows, there is a magnificent view of the forest. Oaza U Leszka is a house located in the Narew Valley Landscape Park with an area of about 130 m2, built in 2023, year-round air-conditioned and heated with an ecological heat pump. It was decorated by the hosts with great care, taste, and functionality, which ensures excellent use of the available space. The location of the house on a slight hill guarantees all-day sunshine at any time of the year. On the ground floor of the building there is a bathroom (shower, two sinks, toilet), a spacious living room with a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, kettle, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, cutlery, pots, glasses, etc.). In the living room there is a 65-inch TV, a fireplace and a sofa bed (for two people if necessary) On the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms (two for 2 people and one 4-person). The bedrooms are equipped with double beds and one additional sofa bed, which gives 8 beds. On the first floor there is a second bathroom (shower, sink and toilet). On the large terrace, guests have access to lounge furniture that will make your morning coffee more pleasant, and an exit to a large garden with a relaxation area (hot tub and wood-fired sauna - included in the price of the stay - no hidden additional costs😁), a designated place for lighting a fire. In front of the house there is a parking space for four cars in a fenced property.
