This corner unit boasts superb oceanfront views whether you're out on one of the balconies or inside the condo. Anytime you feel like eating in, the kitchen is fully equipped to handle all of your cooking needs. Complete with a full refrigerator and freezer, electric stovetop, microwave, and coffee maker, there's no limit to what you can prepare from the comfort of the condo. This unit is equipped with a 55" flat-screen cable TV and free wireless internet access, so you can book a sunset cruise or fall asleep to your favorite show. The resort amenities really set this condo and resort apart from others, and include an oceanfront swimming pool with lounge chairs, a kiddie pool, convenient beach access and more. You'll be just steps from the sand, or when you're ready for lunch and a cold beverage, there's a restaurant and bar onsite. Guest access As my guest, you will have access to the resort amenities including: Indoor and Outdoor pools, Hot Tub, Activity Area, Weight Room, several restaurants (both inside the resort and adjacent). Pets are allowed in this condo. A one time pet fee of $125 will be charged after the reservation is made. The limit is two pets per stay with a weight limit of 20 pounds. No need to wait in long lines to check in, go directly to the room and use the keypad code to start enjoying your vacation. Other things to note There are many restaurants close by, all within walking distance or 5 minute drive. The Patricia Grand Resort is a pet friendly hotel. Our condo has a two pet limit. There is a $125 pet fee for each furry friend. As we all know , Airbnb rentals (private owners/vacation rental companies) do not offer daily housekeeping and linens exchange. You will need to bring your own pool and beach towels. A nice welcome package is provided for each guest which Includes: - Linens, towels, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, one 8 cup coffee package with filter, 1 bag of Kirkland Popcorn, 1 box of tissues, 1 bar of soap, 1 snack bar, 1 extra trash bag, 4-6 mints and shampoo. - These items will not be replenished after they have been used.
