Adult-Only Accomodation. No children Under 18. This property is an adults-only shared accommodation, and we cannot accept bookings including children. Due to the nature of our shared space, with travelers coming and going regularly, this is definitely not a suitable environment for anyone under the age of 18. For the safety and comfort of all our guests, we cannot allow minors on the property at any time. We While our cleaner provides daily service, we kindly ask guests to help maintain the cleanliness of the property during their stay. Persons who are not checked in are not permitted in the house. You will be charged $50/day/extra guest for any unregistered guest entering the house regardless if they stayed or not You can do Self Check in until 2AM as long as you watched the check in video and do not need phone support for check in! If you booked the Shared Room, plaese observe Quiet time in the bedroom from 11pm - 7am. Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the house $250 Fee. No Pets Allowed $250 Fee Extra cleaning fee starts at $50. Don't leave things lying around in the bathroom and common areas ( even on the floor). No trash or food should be left in the room. For Shared room guests, no eating on the bed and in the room. For Shared room guests, all your things should only be stored on the bed you are occupying or your locker (if available). Trash should be put away immediately. For any broken, stolen or missing towels, sheets, blankets or items in the house, you will be charged for replacement 1 Towel $20 1 blanket $40 1 sheet, pillow linen $30 The fee for turning off or obstructing the security camera is $500 Items will be charged per the cost of the replacement.
