The Base Condominium is located in the heart of Pattaya City, 3 minutes walk from the condominium gate to Pattaya Beach and 5 minutes to Central Festival Shopping Mall. There are direct Songthaew buses to Chinatown and major shows, only 10 baht to get there. The famous Walking Street is only 12 minutes away on foot and 3 minutes by car. In the apartment: gym, yoga room, children's activity room, swimming pool are free to use. There is also a basketball court, swing, and slide on the parking floor. This room is a two bedroom with a balcony with sea view. From the living room, balcony and master bedroom you can see the city view of Pattaya. Master bedroom bed width: 180cm, there is also a single sofa bed that can sleep one person, the second bedroom bed width: 150cm. Sleeps 4, 5 people are also possible (extra charge of 500 Baht/night for more than 4 people). There are also 2 separate bathrooms in the room. The room is cleaned before check-in and after check-out, and bed linen and bath towels are changed. You will be charged for cleaning and changing bed linen and bath towels during your stay. Toilet paper and garbage bags are only provided once, please buy them at the 7-11 convenience store at the entrance of the apartment. Parking fee: 100 baht/day. Monthly rent is free (this fee is set by the property, the money is not given to me) Luggage storage: 200 baht (before 3pm), 300 baht (before 5pm) 500 baht (before 9pm) Early check-in and extended check-out require payment of 500 baht/hour, you need to communicate with the Host in advance whether it is possible on the day. Other things to note 1. Please read the precautions and apartment management regulations posted in the apartment elevator and common areas carefully, as anyone who violates these regulations will be fined, including the Host. For example: No smoking inside the building, no drinking, beverages, or eating in common areas such as swimming pools, gyms, lobbies, etc. 2. Please keep the room clean and tidy. If the item is damaged, please compensate according to the price. 3. No smoking in the room, no throwing anything downstairs on the balcony, 2,000 baht fine, if it causes damage to the item or causes injury to others, please compensate according to the price. 4. If there is a problem in the room, please communicate with the Host in a timely manner, I will help you as soon as possible, do not say anything during the stay, and finally write a bad review. For example: not enough shampoo, air conditioning problems, ants in the room, no wifi connection, etc. Many problems can be resolved quickly, so that you can continue to live comfortably.
