Discover our fully renovated gîte. It's the perfect place for a stay with friends and family, whether you're looking to recharge your batteries or enjoy outdoor activities nearby. The gîte is only 3 km from Lake Bourget, 5 km from Hautecombe Abbey and 6 km from the village of Chanaz. This place offers you unique access to the wild coast of the lake. Note: Parties are not allowed in order to preserve the calm of the place. The space The gîte is located on the first floor. It consists of a large central living room: a kitchen/dining room overlooking a covered terrace and a garden shared with the owners. The sleeping area includes three bedrooms: West side: one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and separate toilet. East side: a large bedroom with a large double bed and a pull-out bed, a bathroom with toilet. East side: a second large bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with toilet. Guest access Welcome and services included To guarantee you the best welcome, we will welcome you personally. Please let us know your exact arrival time (from 5:30 p.m.). Upon arrival, you will find the beds made. We also provide towels, bath mats and a tea towel. A charcoal barbecue is available in the garden for your moments of conviviality. For families, we provide a baby bed on request and you will find a high chair on site. Check-out instructions To help you make the most of your stay, the cleaning fee is included in the rate. However, we ask you to leave the cottage in a normal state of cleanliness (state of cleanliness corresponding to a week's use). When you check out, it is essential to: - Leave the kitchen clean. -The dishwasher must be emptied and stored. - Remove the sheets from the beds and collect the dirty towels. - Take out the garbage cans and place them in the outside container. Any failure to comply with these instructions will be charged extra. The cottage is strictly non-smoking, an ashtray is available outside. You will find in the village, 200 m from the house, a petanque court and a tennis court.
