What You’ll Have Access To During your stay, you'll have full access to the entire home, including parking space. Please Note Our home is located in a newly developed subdivision, and while we aim to provide a peaceful stay, there may be some noise due to ongoing construction in the area. Nearby Construction Includes: 🌳 Landscaped Parks 🏀 Basketball Court 🏡 A Few Houses in Progress We appreciate your understanding and patience as the community continues to grow and improve! Other things to note -Upon your arrival, all guests will need to provide a copy of passport or any government-issued ID for subdivision security requirements. - Standard check-in time is 3:00PM. Early or late check-in must be pre-arranged as this depends on availability and may involve in extra fees. (100Php per hour for early check-in) - Standard check-out is 11PM. Late check-out must be pre-arranged as this depends on availability and may involve an extra fees. (100Php per hour for late check-out) - Daily house-keeping is not included. However if you require a mid-stay housekeeping there will be additional fee. Further information is included in the guide manual. - No pets allowed. - Excessive dirt will be charge
