Located 45 minutes from Dallas, 15 minutes from Greenville, and 6 minutes from Buc-ee's in Royse City. Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. The RV is equipped with two TVs. You will have internet access. The pool is closed for the season. This is a small RV intended for two people. However, upon request, a third person may stay at the RV in a cot. The living room and bedroom both have TVs. You will be able to access the RV and trails. During the summer, you will be able to access the pool. There is an additional restroom within walking distance of the RV. In an effort to make your visit as wonderful as possible, I will be available via phone call or text to offer help throughout your stay. No security cameras.
