The space This comfortable apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the Gourgs Blancs residence (1st floor from the slopes) - it is on the valley side. This one is composed of: • 1 entrance with washing machine • 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 140 x 190 (2 pers.) and a storage closet • 1 hallway with children's games • 1 cabin/mountain corner with bunk beds x3 > 90 x 190 cm (3 pers. - reserved for children - the highest bed accessible from 6 years old). • 1 bathroom with toilet; • 1 equipped kitchen (stovetop, large fridge, microwave, dishwasher for 14 place settings, kettle, coffee maker and Nespresso, built-in oven, raclette machine, etc.); • 1 living/dining room with dining area with large table, wall-mounted TV and sofa bed (1/2 pers > 140 x 190); • Everything you need for babies and toddlers available on site (baby bed and mattress), changing mat, baby bath, toilet seat reducer, potty, child seat, booster seat, children's dishes and glasses). • Secure ski locker on the 1st floor of the residence, with direct access to the slopes, with a sled and snowball clamp at your disposal. Supplement to be expected if you want the cleaning package and to be paid directly to the service provider on-site. We provide duvets and pillows. Linens and towels are not provided. Possibility to rent sheets, dish towels, bath towels from our concierge (allow for a notice period). Non-smoking apartment. Pets allowed (contact us). Bicycles, scooters and ski equipment prohibited in the apartment. Guest access Large parking lots around the building make parking easy all year round. Other things to note The resort is one of the most famous spots for paragliding. You can also find the Balnéa Centre, the first thermal water relaxation complex in the French Pyrenees. To discover: • Winter: family resort, offering a superb beginners' area, in the middle of the fir trees, ideal for first skiing. Snowshoeing and hiking on the Louron peaks. Fatbiking, sledging... • Summer: hiking and mountain walks on foot or by mountain bike, bike, downhill scooter. Direct access to the Myrtilles chairlift from the station for walks with breathtaking views of the Louron Valley and Génos. Paragliding. Génos-Loudenvieille nautical base on a huge lake in the heart of the Louron Valley with pedal boat, canoe, paddle board, fishing, walking, cycling.
