It features double walls to keep noise out. Guests must be able to navigate stairs. The apartment is located in a very quiet neighborhood surrounded by farmland. Yet it is conveniently located just one mile off Interstate I90 with access in both directions. The studio complements our main residence. Guests have access to the entire studio with private entrance on the right hand side while facing the garage. Stairs to the entrance are clearly visible facing the back yard My family and I live on the property and are available to offer help throughout your stay. Feel free to stretch your legs while visiting. As you pull in to the driveway a dedicated parking spot is available for you to the right of the basketball hoop. Our neighborhood is located one mile from the I90 and Huntley/Marengo exit at Rt. 20, a couple of miles from the Del Webb development and a short drive from Walmart in Huntley. While I respectfully request my guests refrain from smoking in the studio, I do not have any concerns with smoking outside while on the premises. Please refrain from Cannabis use while on the property.
