Our bespoke 3 bedroom River Haven in the heart of Bundalong is a beautiful 3 bedroom space of curated interiors and unforgettable experiences. Perfectly situated with direct River frontage and a private jetty for you to enjoy the picturesque river scene, or moor your boat up and enjoy everything this iconic water sports location has to offer. Relax under the shade of a majestic river gum, visit local wineries and restaurants in nearby Rutherglen or take a short stroll to shop, cafe & tavern. The space Every part of our river haven has been designed with thoughtful purpose to enhance your comfort and make your stay an unforgettable experience. On arrival kick off your shoes and enjoy a complimentary gin and tonic from our bar. Our beautifully curated space with original artworks, books, antiques & floral arrangements is is yours to enjoy. We invite you to browse the beautiful books scattered throughout the house. Re-connect with your loved ones over a board game or a game of cards. Take time to slow down. Watch a sunrise or sunset and see the majestic river gums light up or the moon rise up over the water as night sky fill with stars. Enjoy watching the antics of the swans and ducks on the river. Our kitchen has everything you need to create whatever your heart desires from a sumptuous grazing platter to a gourmet feast. Then as evening falls enjoy a glass of wine by the fire pit and tell stories while you toast marshmallows. Or perhaps settle in for a movie night. Sleep: Seven Sundays has 3 beautiful bedrooms. 1.Master Bedroom: A generous master bedroom with river and jetty views where you will fall easily into your luxurious linen clad king bed. 2.Queen Bedroom: Beautifully appointed luxurious linen clad queen bed. 3.Bunk Room: 4 Generous sized King Single beds in 2 bunks perfect for 2 adults or 4 children (under 12 years) When booking please increase guest numbers if you require more bedrooms than the Master for your guests. Additional bedrooms will inaccessible otherwise. Seven Sundays has three bedrooms. Our base price is for two guests sharing the master bedroom. Please see below explanation. 1 Bedroom - 1 to 2 people 2 Bedrooms - 3 to 4 people 3 Bedrooms - 5 to 6 people or 4 children (under 12 years) The Seven Sundays experience also includes: Pantry Staples: Including Olive Oil, Vinegar, Sugar, Sea salt & Pepper. We also offer a variety of teas including, English Breakfast & local organic herbal teas. Marshmallows to roast over the outdoor fire as you watch the river scene. Breakfast Hamper: Each booking receives a locally sourced gourmet breakfast hamper to enjoy on your first morning. Bathroom products: High quality towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and bath salts are all provided. Firewood: Firewood, kindling and fire lighters are all supplied. Please note be aware of any fire restrictions in summer season. Guest access Seven Sundays will be exclusively yours to enjoy. You will have the use of the entire property and private jetty. There is just one private linen closet and bathroom cupboard which are inaccessible. Access and parking is easy. Park your car or boat trailers in our driveway or at the front of the house. No need to worry about parking fines, parking is unmetered here. Entry is via the front gate. The front door is our main point of access. Boats can be put into the river at the public boat ramp and driven around the the private jetty where you can moor for the remainder of your stay. We have 2 steps up to the front entry and 4 steps down from the back deck. So this listing unfortunately may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. Other things to note Seasons: Depending on the season you choose. The area around Seven Sundays is peaceful and calm during the winter months. In the summer season it can be a hive of boating, water sports and fishing activity and community. Location: Seven Sundays is centrally located in the hamlet of Bundalong which has it's own cafe, store and tavern so it's an easy dash out on foot to grab a quick coffee or bite to eat. Children: There are many delicate antiquities in our house and no fence between the house and the waters edge which may cause concern for parents. We do not recommend that children between 1.5 to 5 years old stay due to the hazards of the water out front unless parents are very observant of them. Explore: If you feel like exploring the area Seven Sundays is a perfect base to access local attractions including the many wineries and restaurants of nearby Rutherglen. The township of Yarrawonga is just a short 15 minute drive away.
