The space It is comprised of 5 unique and tasteful rooms (three with stunning loch-side views), presented with stylish Cadillac memorabilia, and has in-house access to the one and only Rockabilly Diner and Scottish Honky Tonk bar. The Rockabilly Diner is presented as an “old skool” American diner, where one can feel, and taste, that proper rock ‘n’ roll/rockabilly style. Specialising in U.S. Southern food, from authentic Southern fried chicken to the biggest burgers your eyes have ever seen, its intention is to take you back to a simpler time where presentation, and quality, meant something.* Finally, the Scottish Honky Tonk is a rockabilly bar that frequently brings some of the best bands available. The Scottish Honky Tonk Bar is also open (with proper MOONSHINE) for your private party, and we have proper karoake equipment and loads of musical instruments for impromptu sessions amongst your friends and colleagues (guitars, bass, PA drums)!
