The studio has a queen size bed, AC, fully equipped kitchen, living room, Smart TV, 100MB Internet and a balcony with sliding glass doors to let in the fresh sea breeze and watch the amazing sunsets and ocean view! **At this moment there is a construction next to the property so the price is Low!** A stairway leads from the apartment down a steep hill to the main road and the beach. The apartments includes: *Daily cleaning *Access to the shared pool *Concierge service *Security guard at night *Parking area is shared and subject to availability IMPORTANT: This unit is located up a very steep hill, to which we owe the amazing views. Parking area is available for guests right next to the building, but it's narrow and ONLY suitable for a very small car, a quad (ATV) or Buggy.
