The bedroom comes with a queen bed that is very comfortable and a walk in closet. We provide an in-unit washer and dryer making it convenient for longer term stays. Many popular games to play and if you are feeling like just kicking back and enjoying the night. With that I provide a 65" inch T.V. with streaming services like Netflix. To make the stay even better you have access to all the local parks and hikes with a park pass I provide. Please text me regarding the pass and you will get one. Other things to note -Unnotified Pet Fee: Guests who bring pets without notifying the host will be charged $400 per pet/per night for the duration of the stay. -Pets vaccinations should be up to date and free of ticks and fleas. -Guests assume financial responsibility for any damage caused by their pet during their stay. -Guests will clean up after their pet and dispose of any waste in the trash receptacle.
