MAY-SEPT Teeny Home (7 x 22) is 8 miles NW of Custer SD (6 miles of County gravel road), and is a studio home with a double size Murphy bed. The only other home on the 8 acres is Tiny Home in the Black Hills (120' away with a privacy fence between the homes). The property is adjacent to public National Forest. There is a private drive entrance to the Home. It is very private and quiet. Pets welcome The space Studio cabin with double (standard) size Murphy bed. Coffee pot, burners, toaster oven, small propane grill, dishes, cookware, utensils, towels & bedding provided . Deck, large yard, Solo firepit, picnic table, storage room for luggage and has an extra fridge, access to National Forest via walk-through gate. Guest access Private yard with privacy fence between two tiny homes on 8 acres (Teeny Home and Tiny Home). All guests have access to the remainder of the 8 acres. Each home has its own driving access and parking.
