As you step into this airy and spacious 1400-square-foot contemporary loft-style home, you'll be greeted by an open-concept layout and stunning floor-to-ceiling windows that invite you to take in the gorgeous alpine surroundings. The living room features plush, comfortable furnishings, a flat-screen TV, and a cozy wood-burning fireplace. Next to the dining area is a well-equipped kitchen with a lovely breakfast bar. Rounding out the main floor is a full bathroom and a well-sized office with direct access to the back deck. All three bedrooms are thoughtfully situated on the home’s upper level and offer cozy bedding and ample dresser space. For added convenience, the second bathroom is also on this upper level. A standout feature of the home is its generous front and back decks. The front deck invites you to kick back, soak in the views, and truly relax. This heavily wooded section on Lake Tahoe’s west shore features Old Tahoe-style homes and classic cabins. Homes in this neighborhood are all centrally located between Homewood and Tahoe City. Just down the road, you’ll find Sunnyside Resort and Marina and William Kent Shoreline. William Kent Beach is situated in a wooded setting and offers picnic tables and grills with views across Lake Tahoe of the eastern shoreline. Next door, Sunnyside Resort is a favorite year-round lakeside dining option. During the ski season, you are less than fifteen minutes from Homewood Mountain Resort. Or travel to Palisades Tahoe (formally known as Squaw Valley/Alpine Meadows) which is the largest ski resort in Lake Tahoe.
