In a very central location just 2 steps from the pedestrian area of Via Maqueda, a city artery that connects the 4 Canti to the Massimo and Politeama theaters, the entire group will have access, a few hundred meters away, to all the local attractions (Cathedral, P. Bellini, historic markets and street food and more). The accommodation is equipped with soundproof windows and every comfort (large bathrooms with shower, laundry, air conditioners, large kitchen). You will stay in a 178 sqm period apartment (whose entrance to the building is under video surveillance) with Sicilian finishes (beautiful majolica carpets), spacious and bright, elegantly furnished with all the necessary comforts for both families and groups of friends for a unique experience immersed in the treasures of the real Palermo. Please note that one bedroom and one bathroom will be provided for each couple. This means that we will not provide two full bedrooms for husband and wife. This request must be made before booking. Guest access You will be welcomed by a vast open-plan living room/entrance hall connected to a hallway from which the various rooms lead off. The apartment has windows in every room, including the bathrooms, providing excellent natural light. Both the kitchen/living room and the living room have two balconies from which you can enjoy the cityscape and the vibrant life of historic Palermo. Each window is energy saving and noise reduction (including blinds) to allow you maximum relaxation even in the presence of the chaos due to the Palermo nightlife that starts right out of the building. The living area will allow you to relax on the large sofas for a relaxation reading, with real artisanal furniture and an additional large table for more than 6 guests or work in smart-work thanks to the excellent high-speed fiber optic wi-fi wired directly in the house. At the entrance of the armored door there is a small video surveillance system. A laundry/storage room at the end of the hallway provides additional space for doing laundry, either by hand (using the sink provided) or in the washing machine, helping to keep the rooms tidy, clean, and organized.
