Channel View Villa, a Nevis special

This is a beautiful, tastefully appointed villa and a very popular rental. The property has been re-decorated in 2025 and new AC units added to all the bedrooms and the main room. There is ample room for guests to lounge very comfortably in the house or by the pool. There is a large fenced yard for outdoor activities also. There are gorgeous beaches close enough to walk to. Dining, shopping, restaurants and lots of activities all close at hand. Prices do not include tax. The space The villa has 3 Bedrooms with ensuites and a a powder room. There is a full kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining by the pool. Beautiful beaches very close by, bike rentals, hiking, diving and snorkeling nearby. Restaurants very close by and close to shopping. Guest access Guests have access to the full house, other than one small owners closet. Other things to note The house is equipped with fast internet (100mb+) and WiFi plus a 65" smart TV and HiFi Bluetooth system. The kitchen has a gas stove and electric refrigerator. It is supplied with cookware and dishes, glasses and silverware. The house it also supplied with linens, soap and necessities. There is a dishwasher and washer and dryer also. Guests will be required to pay a deposit of US$1,500 which will be refundable no more than 14 days after the end of the booking if there is no damage.
