The bedroom door creates privacy from the open plan kitchen/living area. The apartment is attached to a large, unused storage shed on the host’s property. Outdoor lounge and dining table/chairs to enjoy balmy nights, and blankets provided for cooler evenings. Privacy for guests is a high priority, and this guesthouse is located 30 metres away and uphill from the main home on the property, with a thick row of shrubs in the garden between the two abodes, adding to the privacy and peace. The studio has its own private/free parking area directly at its front door, with plenty of room for boats and trailers. Guests may use the golf net to work on their swing (clubs/balls provided). Also, the half basketball court and ball may be used. There is a dining table and comfy chairs for those wanting to work from home. Coffee machine and pods complimentary, as well as a selection of teas, cooking oil, salt, pepper, welcome milk, and drinking water. Self check in for convenience and privacy.
