Cottage in a scenic area

Cottage with plenty of space and 6 beds (1 double bed and 1 bunk bed as well as a loft with 2 beds). The cottage was completely renovated in 2011 and is located on a secluded plot. Located in a quiet cottage area close to forest and beach within walking distance and 2 km to the golf course. Large terrace available with barbecue and garden furniture as well as 2 deck chairs. Washing machine and tumble dryer available as well as dishwasher in the kitchen. Due to stairs, the house is not suitable for people with disabilities or those with walking difficulties. Free parking. The space A staircase leads up to the house, which on one side has a smaller garden and on the other side a large wooden terrace. The house has a utility room, small hallway, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with open space to the living room, where there is a large dining area, extra room with bunk bed and desk space, and a loft with room for 2 sleeping guests. In the living room, there is a TV (Chromecast), sofa area and wood-burning stove. There is also an air-to-air heat pump installed. There are fishing nets available and plenty of opportunities to catch crabs on the beach with the kids. There is a trail system down to the beach and many nice walking routes in the area.
