Bikes are available for you to enjoy. The space The apartment has a cozy cottage feel, much like a charming cabin featuring wood shiplap walls and sliding barn doors throughout. Bathroom The special feature in the tiled bathroom is a spa like feel…. the large walk-in shower has double adjustable rain shower heads one each end, sitting stool, and includes safety bars. Kitchen The cozy kitchen had granite countertops, a moveable kitchen island with an eating area and storage drawers and cabinets underneath, dishwasher, the antique hoosier cabinet is lovely and offers lots of storage space as well. Amenities… Full size fridge with a freezer drawer on the bottom. A multi function oven which is large enough to cook a chicken, bake a cake, with features that included options in cooking styles … convection, airfyer, roasting, toasting and more. A conduction dual burner stove top for cooking, which also has a griddle which great for pancakes and eggs. Also included are a toaster, auto shutoff tea pot, coffee pot, Nutria-bullet blender, popcorn maker, rice cooker, waffler maker, pots, pans, dishes, cookware, spices, etc. Living Space The seating includes 2 comfy reclining lift chairs that have dual motors so you can adjust the leg lift and head area separately, recline to a zero gravity setting and have a heat and massage option as well! There is an electric fireplace, tv with cable and lots of windows through out many of which look out to gardens and open space. Laundry There is a shared laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. Outdoor living There is a nice patio, over looking open space, with an adjustable awning, swivel rockers, outdoor eating area, Bikes and kayaks available to borrow to enjoy the miles of trails and several lakes throughout Columbia. Other things to note For long term rentals, I can help tenants get a discounted membership to the Columbia Association, which will give them access to indoor and outdoor pools, the Athletic Club, which is within walking distance, the golf course and tennis clubs. Small pets maybe allowed on a case by case basis for an additional pet fee. This is a smoke free rental.
