The space We Provide These Facilities : 1. Garage 2. Terrace 3. Living Room 1st Floor 4. Kitchen Area 5. Bedroom 1 : 2 Double Beds (w/ bathroom) 6. Bedroom 2: Bunk beds 7. Bathroom 2nd Floor : 1. Living room 2nd floor 2. Event Space 3. Bedroom 3: Double Bed (w/ bathroom) 4. Bedroom 4: King sized (w/ bathroom) 5. Balcony Guest access All rooms and facilities can be accessed except: 1. Security room on the 1st floor 2. 2nd floor CCTV computer (CCTV will be turned off automatically when guests stay at Airbnb) Other things to note 1. Please take off your footwear when entering the house (we provide in house sandals) 2. Activate hot water by switching the lightswitch on the second floor (please turn off the switch when not in use) 3. Please keep it low after 11pm , we have neighbours next door :) 4. No Smoking or Vaping indoors 5.Extra beds : We provide 3 extra beds. 1 Floor Spring bed and 2 Normal floor beds Floor Spring bed : Rp. 75.000,- / day Floor Normal bed : Rp. 50.000,-/ day beds can be moved where ever guest desires 6. Wifi Password will be given at time of stay. (20mbps+) 7. Please be careful when using in house items. every broken item will be charged in accordance of item price :( 8.
