During the winter months (December 1st-April 1st), it is advised that all renters should have a vehicle equipped with either four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) to access the property. This requirement is essential for ensuring safe and reliable transportation to and from the rental property, especially during periods of inclement weather such as snow, ice, or other hazardous conditions.
