Enjoy the beauty of living on a farm without having to do any of the farm chores! Our FarmPad is located in Germantown, NY. We are a regenerative cattle farm working towards bettering the land around us for future generations to come. Take in the beauty of the Catskill Mtns right from your porch. Depending on our herd's grazing schedules, you may even be able to enjoy the beautiful backdrop of the cows and sheep grazing. We have a self-serve farm store just a short walk from your stay. The space THE SPACE: - Master Bedroom w/ full bath (Queen Bed) - Living room/Kitchen (Open floor plan) - Guest bedroom/reading area (Pull-out couch) - Guest Bedroom (Bunk Beds) - Full Bath w/ tub - Laundry area (Please use free & clear detergent that is provided.) - Outdoor patio space - On-site parking Guest access Please note that this is an operational farm. We ask that you please be respectful of our farmers and animals. For your safety, do not open any gates or enter any barns/pastures unless accompanied by a farm employee. The top wire of our fences are electric, so please be careful! Other things to note Looking for something to cook up for dinner while you're here? You're in the best place to find all locally sourced ingredients! Our self-serve farm store is just a short walk from your stay. There you will find our grass fed, grass finished beef along with other local, sustainable products. There are also more farm stands only a few miles down the road from us to fill any other grocery needs that you may have (Darlin Doe Farm, Hover Farm, MX Morningstar Farm, Churchtown Dairy). Not interested in cooking anything? Not to worry - just 5 minutes down the road, you'll find, The Universal Cafe & Otto's Market. It's also only 15 minutes to Hudson and about 25 minutes to Rhinebeck. The food options in the Hudson Valley are endless! We are also located on the Empire State Trail, so don't hesitate to bring your bikes!
