Cozy home overlooks Ohio River

This cozy family home overlooks the Ohio River and offers the best view during all four seasons. Our small, friendly town offers a marina & boat launch, a golf course, restaurants & food trucks, along with a park & pool. Our location is within 25 minutes from the best amenities that the Ohio Valley has to offer. This is also a great place to stay for those traveling for work! The space This home has a large backyard that overlooks the Ohio River. There is also a covered porch in the front and back. Everything in the home is brand new. The kitchen has everything you will need to cook dinner and has place settings for 8 people. You will love the new Ninja coffee maker to start your day. The kitchen high top table seats 2, the dinning room seats 6 and the is a high chair in the bedroom closet. The living room is very cozy and has a 65” tv. The beds and bedding are all new. Each room has 2 bunk beds. The front bedroom has a double mattress on top, a twin in the middle and a queen on the bottom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen on top and bottom. The bottom beds in each room have an extra 4” foam topper. Each bedroom has a big closet with hangers, a fan, a tv, and extra pillows and blankets. There is also an iron and ironing board. The 1/2 bath is in the 2nd bedroom and the full bath has a stand up shower. The bathrooms have plenty of wash cloths and towels. Guest access The guests have access to the first floor.
