There are 4 air-conditioned en-suites - three suites upstairs ( one of them with a hot tub) and a suite with a double bed on the lower floor, ideal for people with low mobility. The kitchen is equipped with 1 fridge and 1 brewery, stove, microwave and cooking utensils. The gourmet area has a barbecue and wood oven and, to relax, a pool with a hot tub and waterfall. The space In total, there are four air-conditioned suites. Three suites upstairs: - 1 en-suite with a double bed and a hot tub; - 1 suite with three single beds; - 1 en-suite with 2 single beds. A suite on the lower floor with a double bed, ideal for people with low mobility. The living room is very large with double height attached to the kitchen and gourmet area. In the pool there are 3 sun loungers, 3 beach chairs and 3 parasols. It is very well located, close to the condominium amenities such as bakery, market, pharmacy, ice cream shop... There are no buildings on the opposite side of the street, thus providing greater privacy to guests. It's a very familiar condo with 24-hour security. Guest access All areas of the house are available. Other things to note When completing the reservation, it is necessary that all guests make available to the host the CPF number, license plate, model and color of the vehicles. Every guest has to be registered at the condominium entrance in order to enter.
