Bring the whole family to this special house in the heart of nature in the spirit of the original AIRBNB. Open plan living/dining room, large terrace overlooking a large garden. South facing with mountain view of the Mont Valier and surrounded by woodland. Montbrun Bocage with its vibrant Sunday market and multi-cultural community is a very short drive or a 10 minute walk away. Saint Girons is 25 minutes away, Toulouse under an hour and just over an hour to a variety of ski stations. The space Our house is full of full of warmth, character, calm and charm. The kitchen/dining/sitting room area is large and open plan with a poele de masse at its center which provides very cosy and efficient heating. The kitchen is very well equipped but I'm afraid there is no dishwasher. 3 good sized bedrooms with double beds (one has a kingsize bed). Rather outdated but fully functional bathroom, this due to be renovated this winter 2026. Toilet full of inspiring pictures, poems and quotes! This is our home so also comes with our lovely cat that lives on the terrace and will need to be feed twice a day and cuddled as much as you would like. The house has its own private garden area but sits in a big plot that also has a Caravan and a Cabin that I also rent out on Airbnb or live in myself sometimes when I rent my house out - but everything is self contained and private. I also have 2 female dogs, 1 goose, 1 duck and 4 dwarf goats that also live here . Other things to note There is the Cosy cabin on the property that is also available to rent, you will share the same car park but both properties are very separate from each other. The Groovy caravan on the other side of the house is also available to rent from April to October if I’m not living in there. This house has our lovely cat Laima who lives on the terrace and he will need feeding twice a day and is very happy to have any cuddles. We also have 1 goose and one duck that are free range in the main part of the plot (not in the fenced part of the house garden although the duck may fly in sometimes). We also have 4 dwarf goats that live in one of the three fenced parks on the plot. I also have 2 female dogs that will either me with me on the cabin or the caravan side depending on which bit I am living in if I am here. All our animals are very friendly and interactive!
