Open living room/kitchen solution, bathroom with washing machine, separate toilet. The apartment has a balcony of about 10 sqm from living room with nice sun conditions from morning to evening. Bedroom 1: Double bed with room for a travel bed for small children. Bedroom: 2: Single bed with pull-out bed. Bedroom 3: Play/game room with sofa. Sofa can be used as sleeping area. Living room: Two couches can be used as a sofa bed. Other things to note The apartment is used as a private residence with children, so treat our home nicely and with respect <3. The guests will have clean towels and linens, access to the facilities of the apartment, provide you with coffee and you are welcome to cook in the kitchen, read a book or play from the bookshelf. The food in the cabinets is private, but it's set off in your own kitchen cabinets/drawers for the guest's own groceries. NB: NO party/arrangements.
