Relax with the whole family in our peaceful home, in the vibrant coastal village of Māpua. Your home away from home offers 4 large bedrooms, 2 living areas, a spacious & well-equipped kitchen, espresso machine, 3 sun-soaked decks, swimming pool, 2 bathrooms, laundry facilities, trampoline and a 10 min walk to the wharf. The space Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac, our private and sunny home offers a relaxing place to unwind & recharge those batteries. As you enter, turn left to enjoy the sun-filled & open-plan living spaces, or right to wind down in the bedrooms. You’ll find a patio/deck located on all corners of the house to capture the sun or much needed shade in the summer. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool & warm up afterwards in the double shower! If not in the pool, the kids will keep themselves busy outside on the trampoline, swing, skate ramps, lawns or in picking the summer berries in the vege garden. Inside offering books, toys & games. From markets to wharf jumping, live music, great coffee, walking & cycle trails, golden beaches & the beautiful Abel Tasman National Park. Come enjoy our little slice of paradise! Please note: The pool is stand-alone & not fenced. The step ladder must remain outside the pool when not in use. The pool is only useable during summer months (Dec-March) Guest access You will have access to the entire house for your stay, except the garage. The driveway provides ample safe parking for up to 3 cars and/or boat. Further parking available on road. Other things to note Guests are expected to leave the house tidy and in the same condition they arrived in. Please ensure rubbish, recycling & compost have been placed in the appropriate outside bins upon departure.
