Guest access The building has a lobby and 24-hour surveillance for your safety. On the 15th floor there is a swimming pool with a panoramic view of the city and a gym. If you need parking, you have a private space in the basement. Other things to note It is important that you as a guest know that every second Tuesday of each month, the administration performs maintenance on the main cooling tower and for this reason the air conditioning must be turned off during this process, which can last from 4 to 6 hours approximately. While the air conditioners can be turned back on, you can use the fan we have. Check-out is at 11:00 am as stated in the ad. If you do not check out at this time or no later than 12:00 pm, that is, one hour after the pre-established time, you will be charged an additional night due to the damages that this causes us with the guest who arrives after you. If you need to, you can access the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel's restaurant or bar ($ $), which is a short walk from the apartment.
