The space This second-story, private apartment is a recent renovation attached to the 1810 farmhouse I share with my wife and two small kids. It has a separate entrance and a dedicated parking spot. It features a fully-appointed kitchen, 3/4 bathroom, living room, and a comfy queen bed. The apartment is both spacious and intimate with incredible morning light through the 10-ft wide East-facing window. Other things to note Please be aware that sound sometimes travels between the main house and the apartment, mainly the muffled pitter-patter of our small children.
