Built with high-quality materials, the chalet boasts exceptional character, including cladding made from reclaimed wood and beautiful stone accents, as well as a stunning bay window. The chalet remains light and airy while maintaining a cozy atmosphere with a log-burning stove. Ground Floor: The entryway provides ample space for storing your ski gear after a day on the slopes. It includes a bedroom with a two-person sofa bed, a desk, and an adjoining bathroom with a shower and toilet. Additionally, there is a convenient laundry area equipped with a washing machine and dryer. First Floor: The open-plan living and kitchen area is designed to maximize stunning mountain views through abundant windows. Enjoy the bright, airy space that opens onto a terrace/loggia, perfect for dining al fresco or relaxing. An independent toilet adds convenience. Second Floor: Three beautifully appointed bedrooms, two with private balconies, offer ample space for privacy and rest. The children’s bedroom features a custom-made bunk bed for up to four people. This floor also includes two bathrooms for added comfort. Outdoor Space: Enjoy a private outdoor area complete with a dining table, sofa, and brasero (fire pit), perfect for savoring the alpine air and stunning views. Indoor Comfort: The chalet features a cozy indoor fireplace and adjustable underfloor heating throughout, powered by an eco-friendly heat pump. Parking: Conveniently located at the front of the chalet, with three spaces available for cars, including one covered. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire chalet during your stay, ensuring a private and comfortable experience. Other things to note Authentic Alpine Village Setting: The chalet is located in an authentic, residential village. It is quiet, enjoys a sunny position, and offers views of the mountains. The chalet is also within walking distance of a charming bar-restaurant. Car: It is necessary to have a car to access the chalet and the nearest ski slopes (Les Gets or Morzine). Please note that there is no public transportation serving La Côte d'Arbroz. Les Gets, accessible from the Col de l'Encrenaz/Mont Chéry (4 km from the chalet), has a large free parking area available year-round and offers fantastic ski slopes. ❄️☃️ For your safety in winter, it is recommended to equip your vehicle with snow tires before you leave. Based on our experience, we strongly recommend this option for safe driving on the winding and steep road leading to the chalet. You will have optimal grip and better control of your vehicle, even in the most challenging winter conditions. Drive with peace of mind and enjoy your stay in the mountains! Internet: While fiber internet is not yet available, we provide a DSL connection suitable for most tasks, although it may occasionally be unstable. Additionally, a stable and fast 4G Wi-Fi connection is available.
