Nature's Nest + EV Car Charging

Wander from the private double deck through the back gate to enjoy a 237-acre nature preserve with hiking, fishing, biking, playgrounds, horseshoes, and creek, all within 10 minute walk through a natural canopy on paved trails. 20 minutes from city center, 7 minutes from Triangle Town Center. Cinema, shopping, and amenities within minutes. King bed, comfortable couch, coffee/frig/grill, board games, EV charging, & a full drum set you can play. Bring your dogs or a friend or both! Come enjoy! The space The space is the bottom floor of our house. You will park in the garage and enter directly into the space’s living room. The living room has games, books, a couch and tv. There is a door that leads outside to the back deck and back yard. The back yard is fully fenced in and leads directly to the green way and Durant Nature Preserve. Off the living room is a hallway with a bathroom and a bedroom. The bedroom has a king bed, leather chair, empty closet, and tv. It is a lovely space for an evening or a longer stay. Other things to note I have a Chevy Bolt EUV that I charge in the garage. You are welcome to use the Level 2 charger if you too have an electric car.
