Inside, the wooden walls/ceilings create a pleasant indoor climate. The 70 m² living space is open-plan and spread over two floors. On the upper floor is the bedroom with panoramic window and spacious terrace/balcony (20 m²) with lake view. The space The living and dining area is characterized by a high ceiling (4 m), intermediate steps and two large industrial-style windows. Both windows are south-facing and lead directly into the garden area. The modern kitchen includes everything you need. Underfloor heating warms the anhydrite floor surfaces. A gallery with sleeping accommodation for two more people can be used, however it is recommended that an adult person is present with small children. Guest access To the south is a private, spacious wooden terrace with a hot tub and outdoor shower. Fire bowl and grill accessories. It has a dining table for 4 and a large hammock. Various seating options are available. Other things to note If you want to stay longer than two weeks, ask me for an additional price reduction☺️. Upon request, you can get an additional mattress with topper as an additional sleeping space. The bungalow has two outdoor parking spaces. On request, a rich breakfast can be booked. Boats and paddle boards can be rented for excursions on Lake Hallwil.
