Located 30 minutes from Chambéry, 45 minutes from Grenoble and 30 minutes from the first ski resorts, the Gîte des Chaudannes welcomes you in a quiet and relaxing environment. 50 m2 living space with fully equipped kitchen. 160 cm bed in the master suite and in a second bedroom, the 3rd has 2 90 cm beds. A 2-seater sofa in the living room. 2 bathrooms, 2 powder rooms Fully air-conditioned house (living room/kitchen and 3 bedrooms) Enclosed garden BIRTHDAY PARTIES, ... NOT ALLOWED The space Linens are provided for all guests as well as a bath towel and hand towel per person. The beds are made on arrival. Heating is produced by a heat pump, 2 electric towel dryers are available in each of the bathrooms. The living room as well as the 3 bedrooms are each individually air-conditioned. For guests, especially on short stays, we provide dishwasher tablets as well as laundry detergent. Ironing board and iron are also available. Babies are welcome with a folding bed, high chair and/or booster seat as well as many games to entertain them. Older kids can also relax and have fun indoors with lots of books and board games. The fully enclosed and secure garden offers many opportunities for entertainment (ball, petanque balls and plastic balls, badminton rackets) For people driving a hybrid and/or electric vehicle, a 7 Kw electric terminal allows you to recharge your vehicle in self-service at no additional cost. Guest access The house is located in a residential area where calm reigns, which prohibits the organization of any noisy parties out of respect for the neighborhood. Access is very easy. Parking and private driveway allow parking for multiple vehicles. The workshop/laundry room allows cyclists to safely store their bikes inside the house. Tools are available for all bike repairs. In particular, a work stand and a compressor are available. Many shops and supermarkets are a few hundred meters from the house. Pedestrian or cyclist access is favored by the Chaudannes path. Other things to note A lot of tourist information is available to help you stay in the best conditions in our beautiful region. Hiking, biking or a little further by car will allow you to discover the many facets that the region has to offer.
