Apartment surrounded by nature and lakes

Our apartment in the beautiful district of Sythen-Lehmbraken, the city of Haltern am See. In Sythen you will find everything your vacationer's heart needs, from a supermarket and snack bars to an Italian restaurant and an ice cream parlor. In the summer months, our small but beautiful outdoor pool is also open. The well-known and always well-attended Silbersee with its gastronomy is within walking distance of the apartment. The train station is 2 km from our apartment. The space Our fully equipped apartment is located in a detached apartment building on the edge of the forest with close proximity to the L551 Münsterstrasse (traffic noise not excluded) and the adjacent Silver Lakes. It has its own garden which belongs exclusively to the apartment, is about 80 m² and has 2 bedrooms. In the large bedroom there is a large box spring bed in 180 x 200 cm. In the 2nd bedroom has a sofa bed in 160 × 200 cm. As shown in the pictures, the apartment contains a modern kitchen, a bathroom with a shower tub and a large living room with a dining area. The fireplace can be used in coordination during the winter months. The garden shown in the pictures is available for exclusive use in the summer months. This belongs to the apartment. Thus, nothing stands in the way of a beautiful summer evening. Up to 2 parking spaces are available, as well as the possibility to use a wallbox for charging an electric car. Parking and charging facilities for bicycles are also available. The Münsterland and the Ruhr area are within easy reach via the nearby highway entrance and the train station in Sythen. Haltern am See can be easily explored by bicycle, from the round around the reservoir via a beautiful beer garden to the adjacent climbing park. In the city, a wide variety of gastronomy awaits you, as well as the well-known Roman Museum of the city of Haltern. Other very special attractions for all ages are the Kettler Hof amusement park, the Granat with its beautiful zoo and the Frankenhof 15 km away. Guest access Access is available to all the rooms of the apartment as well as to the associated garden area. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. Other things to note Access to the house is via the right entrance. Separate information on parking and directions to the house will be provided after booking. A crib is available.
