The house has its own private entrance, & completely separate space from other side of duplex, a beautiful southern exposure deck. The use of 3rd bedroom will have a surcharge per the description of $50/ day Other things to note There is $150 cleaning fee for short stays or longer stays of 3 weeks or more for $225 We love monthly guests. 2nd dog per APPROVAL with additional charge $75 I have the dog fee at & $50/ day… please reach out for special arrangements
