The first floor is where the kitchen, living room, bathroom and guest bedroom are located. On this same floor is a cozy patio outside of the first bedroom. The second floor leads to the master bedroom loft and bathroom with a walk in closet and desk space for people who need to work. KITCHEN: The kitchen has a brand new stainless steel french door refrigerator, along with a new toaster, microwave, coffee maker (K-cup for single cups and Drip pot for multiple cups), and blender. All pantries are stocked with glassware along with silverware. Finally, we have a stove top, with an oven and a dishwasher. LIVING ROOM: Our living room features a 75" TV, with a recliner couch under some luxurious vaulted ceilings. We also have plenty of Board Games in our Entertainment center for our guests ENTERTAINMENT: Along with being 75" our TV is a Samsung Smart TV perfect for streaming your Netflix, Hulu, Disney plus accounts and so on! Our board games at the moment include: Clue, Scramble, Dominoes, Mancala, Blockbuster (The board game :)), One-night Werewolf, and finally Yahtzee! LAUNDRY: There is a full size Washer and Dryer in our unit where we also have an ironing board. MASTER BEDROOM: This bedroom includes a Queen Bed settled in between two nightstands that have 4 ports on each to charge any devices! Additionally, the master includes a desk for any work necessary during your stay. Finally, we have a private bathroom with a walk in shower and a walk in closet to make the most of your stay. FIRST FLOOR BEDROOM: This room also features a Queen sized bed, along with a closet and dresser for your clothes. Nestled atop the dresser is a Roku Smart TV for your all your streaming needs! BATHROOMS: Each bathroom are full sized and fully stocked with towels/toiletries/soaps/shampoos. Additionally, the first floor bathroom has a freshly renovated countertop with a vanity sink and a full sized tub for relaxing in after a fun day! Guest access POOL AREA: When you arrive you will find a key that gets you full access into the large heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi area. This gated pool also features lounge areas with 3 deluxe BBQ grills to use for free. (Please follow the times listed for going to and from the pool at the gate) PARKING: Currently the garage is the only place you can park in the complex. To avoid getting towed park in the garage please. If you have issues finding the garage or have another car contact the host for parking recommendations Other things to note The Complex is family friendly and very well kept with beautiful scenic views all around of the desert/Arizona sky. Right off of Miller you will be greeted with three wonderful fountains! There is a Trolley running for FREE to Old Town Scottsdale that runs in a loop every 45 minutes.
