Two character houses on one block + magnesium pool + sweeping views + childrens playground + pizza oven + outdoor fire place + massage chair + multiple living areas. Situated in the cute little railway town of Woombye, is our gorgeous property which features two houses on one block which comfortably sleep up to 8-10 people. The space Welcome to our beautiful retreat - two beautiful character homes on one block with lovely views and a newly built magnesium pool. Situated in the cute railway town of Woombye, in a quiet estate you will find our property. Two stunning character homes on one block. Hamptons on the Hill - is the top house, it is a two level home with 3 bedrooms on the upper level. There are 2 large bathrooms on that level as well - both have a bath and a shower. The main bedroom has a king size bed and a walk in robe. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has a queen size bed. All these bedrooms have lovely views. There is also an office space on this level with ample desk space to do your work should you need to. Two of the bedrooms have TVs (the main bedroom is a smart TV) the other TV is not. The lower level has a large lounge and dining area, smart tv, a lovely massage chair for you to use as much as you like, huge kitchen with a walk in pantry with plenty of dry condiments and cooking equipment. There is a washing machine and dryer. This living space opens to a large outdoor patio which outdoor dining table and seating. It then connects to a large fake grass area which backs onto the newly built magnesium pool. Please note - the pool is not enclosed on the view side. There is a drop. All children MUST be supervised at ALL times. Please do not hop up on the edge at any time. COUNTRYVIEW COTTAGE -The second dwelling is a one bedroom, one bathroom house with a queen size bed and ensuite. The bathroom has a small bath tub (no shower) and a toilet. The home has a large kitchen and living area, wrap around deck, laundry, walk in butlers pantry. Plenty of kitchen wear. The property has a pizza oven for you to use during your stay if desired, and a small fire pit. There is a childrens pirate ship/playground that can also be used (children must be supervised) Both homes are air conditioned in the main living areas. Bedrooms all have fans. There is ample parking for 4 cars. Other things to note Please note Woombye is a railway town, and there the occasional noise of the train. You can walk to Woombye town via a lovely scenic track at the bottom of the driveway. Please note the driveway is steep (you park at the top so no walking up and down it unless you choose to) and the property has stairs inside and out.
