We aim for guests to enjoy and respect our home, so please read all the house rules carefully before booking. The space This penthouse is perfect for couples, business travellers, and families. Guests can access the unit by elevator or the stairs. The unit has 3 bedrooms and 4 beds. Additionally, we can provide a premium queen-sized air mattress at a separate cost of US$25 per night. Centrally located Across the road from the German Embassy, less than 3 mins drive from Devon House, the Canadian Embassy and Fontana Pharmacy. Within 5 minutes drive from the famous Bob Marley Museum and Emancipation Park, Half-Way-Tree, New Kingston, Andrews Memorial Hospital and a host of restaurants, activities and attractions along South Avenue, Constant Spring Road and at Marketplace. Less than 10 minutes from the US Embassy, Liguanea, and Sovereign Centre. Bedrooms: The master bedroom (located upstairs) has its own patio space with incredible view of the city. This room is air conditioned and has a king sized bed with a premium 14 inch mattress, a 55 inch QLED television, ottoman, spacious walk-in closet with copious shelf space, bedside tables with lamps and an Alexa. The ensuite bathroom includes a walk-in shower with hot water, 2 wash basins, a toilet and waste bin. The bathroom is stocked with toilet paper, soap, shampoo and conditioner, towels, and a hair dryer. The second bedroom is air-conditioned and has a queen sized bed with a premium 12 inch mattress, a built-in closet with copious shelf space, a bedside table and an Alexa. The ensuite bathroom includes a walk-in shower with hot water, 1 wash basin, a toilet and waste bin. The bathroom is stocked with toilet paper, soap, shampoo and conditioner, and towels. This room also has a 42 inch smart tv for your comfort. This bedroom has a fully accessible work station, with ergonomic chair and computer desk that can adjust in height to suit your desired height. There is also a Eero 6 device that allows you to hardwire into the internet. The third bedroom is air conditioned and has two twin beds, a built-in closet with copious shelf space, a bedside table and an Alexa. The bathroom is located outside of the room and includes a walk-in shower with hot water, 1 wash basin, a toilet and waste bin. The bathroom is stocked with toilet paper, soap, shampoo and conditioner, and towels. This room also has a 43 inch smart tv for your viewing comfort. Living room: This room has adequate seating to view the 65 inch QLED smart TV with Alexa voice control and air conditioning for your comfort. Dining room: This space is air conditioned and provides seating for conversations and comfort. Kitchen: The unit has a fully stocked kitchen with magic bullet, microwave, coffee maker, hot water kettle, air fryer, stove and smart fridge, as well as all the necessary utensils you will need for all your meal preparation needs. Washroom: This room has a deep wash basin plus washer and dryer. Guest access Guests have access to the entire penthouse, two dedicated parking spots, complimentary on-site parking for your visitors, a rooftop deck with pool and green area on the 7th floor, and a gym on the 8th floor. *Locked drawers and closets should not be accessed. Breaches will incur a fee of US$50 plus costs for any missing, used or damaged items. Other things to note The apartment sleeps a maximum of 8 people. No more than the confirmed or booked guests are allowed to sleep at the apartment. Any non-confirmed guests staying in the unit between 11:59 PM to 6:00 AM will incur a fee. You will be charged $50 per night for additional guests. No parties, gatherings (total number of people exceeds the number of confirmed guests + 5 additional persons) or events are allowed. Violations will result in a cancelled reservation without a refund. No smoking inside the unit or in the common areas. Violation will attract a $300 fee. Guests are provided with a starter kit of toiletries/supplies (including a fresh roll of tissue, hotel style soap and shampoo). Subsequently, guests would restock their supplies as needed. Any tampering with the unit's surveillance equipment will lead to a cancellation/ and or additional charges. The air condition is free to use while present in the apartment. However, it should not be operated while windows and doors are open. The air condition should be turned off when leaving the apartment. If you desire to have it on while you are away from the apartment, an additional fee of $40 per day will apply. Locked drawers and closets should not be accessed. Breaches will incur a fee of US$50 plus costs for any missing, used or damaged items. Smart devices help with the proper functioning of the home. Disconnecting/unplugging these devices is not allowed and will cause additional charges. The building and floors accessible to guests can only be accessed with the security fob received upon check-in. For your safety, various areas on the property and the entrance to the unit are under surveillance. All special requests including daily house cleaning, cleaning during your stay or late check out, are subject to availability and additional charges will apply. Airport pickup and drop-off are available upon request at an additional cost. Guests will be charged for any damaged or missing items in the apartment.
