An outstanding villa with a swimming pool built on a sheer drop over the sea, surrounded by a well looked-after and blooming Mediterranean garden. The villa is built on various levels with terraces equipped with outdoor garden furniture. Two of these terraces are also provided with barbecues. The house consists of a main building and two annexes, with a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 shower rooms. The space Main Building (sleeps 6): 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 2 shower rooms. On the upper floor, there is one double bedroom and the twin bedroom sharing a shower room via a passageway. On the lower floor, there is the other double bedroom, a shower room, a nice living room with fireplace, the equipped kitchen (provided also with dishwasher and gas oven) and a pantry accessible from outside. FIY: you can access to the double bedroom and the shower room via the living room. Annex “Suite” (sleeps 2): situated on a lower level of the villa, accessible through a short staircase, 1 very spacious master bedroom with a queen-size sofa-bed and relax corner, en-suite shower room, walk-in wardrobe, equipped terrace with a 180°-view on the sea. Annex “Trullo” (sleeps 2): 1 small double bedroom with French-size bed, with no shower room inside, but making use of the dislocated shower room accessible from outside. Distances Sea: at around 3.5 km there are flat rocks with easy access to the sea (in the locality of the “Ciolo”); the nearest sandy beach with beach clubs is in Santa Maria di Leuca, at 4 km; the wonderful sandy beaches so-called “the Maldives”, in Pescoluse, are at about 10 minutes drive (17 km).
