Thank you* A place to disconnect from the world, 3 minutes from the center of town, this property with modern architecture offers a space to connect with nature without leaving aside the amenities of the city. The bedroom overlooks the city, the Pastaza river, and the Llanganates National Park. The space BEDROOM: The bedroom is a suite style bedroom. It has independent access, a private restroom, and a private hot tub. COMMON AREAS: It is not apartment but rather a private suite. The kitchen, living room, and dining area, are shared spaces and are partially outdoors. These spaces are shared only with other guests. We are renovating our common areas (living and dinning room) and changing the kitchen equipment. These areas; however, are still comfortable to use. PARKING: Our parking space is unfortunately limited. Please let us know if you would be needing parking and if your vehicle is big or small. Our spaces are small and unfortunately may not accommodate big vehicles. Parking is right next to the entrance. Parking is on the property; however, it faces the street. During your stay I will not be available in person but I’m always available through Airbnb. Members of our team can assist guests whenever needed. Other things to note We have a self check-in method in place and guets can check in on their own following instructions found on Airbnb. If you have an estimated time of arrival, let us know and we are happy to have someone in the property to assist you with check in.
