The space Enjoy the open entertainment floor plan featuring a nice kitchen with granite counter tops. The living room is furnished with cozy and comfortable couches that is great for watching movies or just relaxing in peace. The bedroom is located on the third floor, adjacent to the washer and dryer. It has a walk-in closet and the private bathroom includes an all in one bathtub shower combination, a bidet as well as a large over the sink mirror. During your stay I'm available in person or by phone. Other things to note PER THE HOUSE RULES: Please be courteous, treat each other with respect, keep all common areas tidy. This includes cleaning up after yourself when you cook, do not leave dirty dishes, pots or pans in the sink. Make sure the kitchen is left clean and ready for the next person's use. No Parties. Quiet hours: 10pm-8am daily. Please refrain from cooking or doing laundry after 10pm. No smoking or vaping inside the property. A violation fee of $500 will be incurred. Please do not leave food, dirty dishes or cups in your bedroom. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet, including tampons or baby wipes, even if they say “Flushable”. Please do not remove make-up with the towels or washcloths provided. Stained or missing bath linens will incur reimbursement fees. Door codes and the alarm code may not be shared with anyone. MAIL: Although you may get amazon and food deliveries, personal mail is prohibited as there is no access to the mailbox for mid-term tenants. VISITORS: No outside guests are permitted to stay overnight. Visitors are not allowed to be left in the property alone at any time. Visiting hours are permitted during the hours of 8am-11pm on any day.
