Your family and friends will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally-located chalet. Whether you’re looking to relax, spend time enjoying the outdoors, shopping or trying your luck at the casino, we’re conveniently located to it all. Hang out at the lake beach or poolside, located just one mile from the chalet. After a busy day, relax around the fire pit or the outdoor dining area, or on those chilly nights in front of the fireplace while streaming your favorite show. The space Chalet is located on a private lot. We offer three bedrooms as follows: 1) Master with one queen bed 2) second bedroom with two queen beds 3) third bedroom with two single beds Property has two bathrooms, one upstairs containing a tub/shower combo; second on main level with shower stall. Guest access Please do not access the closet space located in the third bedroom. Other things to note **Please be aware that there is a $125 community fee (not included in the amount paid to reserve; this will be requested as an additional fee after your reservation is confirmed) that includes access to the amenities to include the pool, bar/grille, tennis and pickleball courts, lake/beach, golf course (additional fees apply) and fitness center (additional $10 for fitness center pass). This fee also covers the processing and check-in for all reservations, so it cannot be waived, even seasonally. I will collect names and ages of all guests and provide that to the community admin facility; upon arrival, you will check in at the community center and receive your wristbands, indicating you have access to the community amenities.
