Welcome! This modern and stylish cottage has plenty of space for 4 people, sleeping in 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a comfy double bed and bedroom 2 has two twin single beds that can be zipped together into a superking. This cottage is perfect for families or couples! Full size fridge/freezer and fully equipped kitchen. Guests are also welcome to use our laundry room, for all your washing and drying needs 😊 We have lots to do on site, tennis courts, shared hot tubs and 7acres of grounds! The space Certified 4-Star by VisitEngland, this family friendly two-storey cottage sleeps four in one double room and one twin room with zip link beds (plus space for a cot!) The bathroom is upstairs and has a shower over a bath and a vanity unit. The kitchen overlooks the courtyard and pond area and is well equipped with oven, hob, microwave, large fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Walk through the kitchen into the spacious living/dining room. There is a sofa, chair and a smart TV. Open the French doors to access the dining table on the patio. Have a drink and take in the beautiful scenery. This property has access to the shared hot tubs on the lawn. Please bring your own towels if using the hot tubs as our fluffy white ones are to be kept inside the cottage 😊 Guest access Tennis Courts: We have two tennis courts here at Greenwood Grange. Whether it's a couples tournament or a family showdown, our courts are here for you to test your skills. The courts are free to use and we have racquets and balls available. Lolly's Garden: Explore Lolly's beautiful garden full of herbs, flowers and vegetables! We will pop any produce from the garden at the Courtyard entrance for guests to enjoy. Games Room: Rainy day? Not sure what to do? Pop up to our games room! We have a Pool Table, Bar Billiards, Table Tennis and a Smart TV. There are also sofas and a lot of board games! Play Room: If you're traveling with little ones, our playroom is filled with games and activities to keep them entertained. We have lots of fun Montessori-style role play toys, dressing up, colouring and a big chalk board. There's Table Football too! Relax in the hot tubs on the lawn. All cottages have access to our shared hot tubs on our beautiful lawn. Listen to the birds or see if you can spot the bats flying around in the early evening. We are a small complex of cottages so the facilities above are shared. Forest Walks: We are on the doorstep of Thorncombe Woods and Puddletown Forest! Over 300ha of beautiful woods and forest land to explore on foot, bike or horseback! Step out of Greenwood and straight into the woods - no driving required!
