Back yard has direct beach access. Back deck with patio chairs, fire pit perfect for relaxing near the water. Three spacious bedrooms, the master has a flat screen Roku TV, and a newly remodeled en full bathroom. Additional full bathroom with tub and shower. Second bedroom has a full bed. Third bedroom has two single beds. Full kitchen includes silverware, dishes, glasses, basic cooking supplies, oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and coffee machine. Dining area seats 6, plus four barstools along kitchen island. Guest access Entire home, yard, and shed available for guest use. Other things to note The tide varies significantly and the hosts have no control over the tide. The property line is very narrow. Please ensure that your dog stays leashed when outside on the property and pick up after our pet. We have a tether leash on the back porch available for guest use.
