Create some lasting memories at this unique family and puppy friendly cabin located in the heart of the cottage area of the beautiful Sylvan Lake. Only 1 block from the beach and a short walk to the downtown core, restaurants, breweries, ice cream shops, bars and patios. There is a paddleboard, netflix, games, extra beach towels, throw blankets. There is parking for 3 vehicles in the driveway rather than paying for parking Scooter rentals all over! STAR#-04393 The space This welcoming space offers 3 bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs and a wide open living room, kitchen and dining with one full bathroom and laundry downstairs. Master Bedroom - one queen bed Bedroom #2 - Twin over Double Bunk Bed Bedroom #3 - one queen bed and one double bed. Access to laundry Bathroom on main has full antique soaker tub. Guest access The entire house is offered to our guests. There are no shared spaces. The entire property is fenced to provide our guests with further privacy and to let the pups run! There’s even doggy domes in the fence. Other things to note No parties. - Quiet time is from 11pm-7am. - No illegal drug use permitted anywhere on our premises. - No smoking/vaping indoors. If you are smoking outside, please place cigarette butts in a non flammable can/container. - No unregistered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Violation will result in a fee of $30/ guest per night, or all guests may be asked to vacate premises with no refunds. - If you use the BBQ, please close the propane valve (clockwise to close). - If you use the firepit, ensure the fire is out.
