Resort Villas Andalucia manages Villa Lara, a 5-bedroom villa with en-suite bathrooms, located next to the golf course and just a 20-minute (arox.) walk to center of the charming village of Benalup. It features a large heated pool (available upon request and with a supplement), garden, BBQ, covered terrace, and is adjacent to a 5-star hotel with Spa & golf. The villa is fully equipped for a family holiday, with AC throughout and WIFI. Small pets are allowed with a supplement (upon request). The space Villa Lara is a luxurious 5-bedroom villa for 10 people located next to the golf course. The entrance floor offers an impressive living room with high ceilings, smart TV, music system, dining area, and a modern, open, and fully equipped kitchen. The villa has a heated pool available from October to May. A supplement of €50 per night applies for its use. It must be requested at least one week before your arrival. On the entrance floor, you will find 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, AC, electric blinds, and access to the garden through the French doors. The master bedroom also features a spacious walk-in closet and a smart TV. In the basement, there are 2 additional bedrooms, both with double beds, smart TVs, air conditioning, small windows, and bathrooms with showers and double sinks, as well as toilets. The villa is equipped with AC and WIFI in all areas. The large garden offers a private pool, an outdoor dining table with a parasol on the spacious terrace, and sun loungers for all guests. Additionally, there is a barbecue area with a parasol, as well as lounge chairs and an outdoor sofa with a table. A high table with tall chairs is also included for enjoying the outdoor space. For your convenience, there is private shaded parking within the property for 2 cars, and additional parking is available on the street. Perfect for those with reduced mobility as the living areas, pool area, kitchen and 3 bedrooms can be reached without going up or down any stairs (With using the access through the private parking drive-way) Pool: 12 x 6 m. Parking: 2 private spots on the property, and there is more parking available on the street. Guest access The villa is completely private for your use, including the pool and garden. Within the resort, you will find the Fairplay Golf Hotel & Spa, which features an 18-hole golf course, an amazing spa and restaurants. Our guests can book green fees, spa treatments and dining directly at the hotel, with the corresponding rates applied. Other things to note The villa has a barbecue, but the fuel is not included. It can be easily purchased in the village of Benalup.
