Less than a 10 minute walk from Victoria Park and just 1 mile from the city centre. The 1st floor apartment is one of five within a large Victorian house, typical of the area. It gives the added benefit of a lovely shared garden. Guests MUST respect the fellow residents - please no excess noise or loud music. The space The apartment has 2 bedrooms, though the spare room (which isn’t detailed) is not currently used as a bedroom. This can easily be arranged with a single bed if required but prior notice is needed. Guest access Sole access to the entire flat (which is accessed by communal stairway) and shared use of the patio and garden space. Other things to note Free on street parking available, directly in-front of the building. Sky Sports and TNT sports both available to guests.
