144 private acres, Island Green is an upstate NY recreational retreat. It comes with 12 spacious guest rooms and 11 individual bathrooms also a private clubhouse with designated entertainment or working space. The property also includes a USGA-rated 18-hole golf course, one of the area's only Island Greens. 40 minutes away from hunter and Windham ski mountains. The space **Booked trips are non-transferable. We do not accept change requests unless made within 48 hours of booking. This does not apply for reservations made within 90 days of arrival. **Signed waiver required to have use of the property. Guest access Guests have full access to main & guest house, clubhouse and Caddyshack on the golf course. There will be a few locked areas for owners items.
